Why I’m launching a live, community-driven lab for coding with AI

The scatter-shot problem

Over the past few months my calendar has filled with quick calls and DMs that start the same way:

“Hey Thanos, have you tried this Claude Code setting?”

“Got a prompt trick for migrations–want it?”

“Here’s a VS Code extension that halves my refactor time.”

Fantastic ideas – yet they vanish into a dozen Slack workspaces and forgotten Zoom recordings.

Each of us is rediscovering the same workflow hacks in parallel, learning slowly because we’re learning alone.

The 11 p.m. epiphany

A few nights ago, staring at a growing pile of bookmarks, I asked the obvious question:

What if we put everyone in the same room (well… Zoom) and figured this stuff out together?

No polished course, no months of prep – just a weekly space to share wins, test tools on real code, and capture the lessons before they slip away.

Meet ” AI Code Foundry”

Saturday morning I brewed coffee, opened Kajabi, and shipped a first draft. It’s rough around the edges on purpose – we’ll iterate in public.

What happens inside

Why bother?

Who’s it for?

If that’s you, consider this your invite.

Bring something to the forge

Next Tuesday (May 13, 11 a.m. PT) we’ll run the first Live Build. Ways to jump in:

  1. Hot-seat a project. Brave enough to share your repo and let the group help?
  2. Show a win. Got a workflow that saved hours? Give us a two-minute tour.
  3. Lurk & level up. Cameras off is fine; steal every idea and pay it forward later.

Let’s see how fast we can forge better code together.
